Job Description
This Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing daily manufacturing operations across multiple production value streams
- Driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Developing workforce capabilities through coaching, training, and succession planning
- Utilizing data and performance metrics to improve productivity and quality
- Aligning manufacturing practices with company standards and customer requirements

The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a technical discipline preferred
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience managing supervisors and large production teams
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with strategy deployment and operational excellence programs
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
- Experience in textiles, weaving, nonwovens, plastics, extrusion, or related manufacturing environments preferred
