What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Material Handler, you will help ensure materials and finished products move safely and efficiently throughout our manufacturing facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a forklift to transport raw materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility.

• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Verifying incoming materials and ensuring receipts are accurately documented.

• Organizing, labeling, and stocking materials in their designated departments and storage locations.

• Preparing materials and finished products for shipment through proper packaging and labeling.

• Building crates and pallets to support shipping and packaging operations.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting inventory control activities.

• Following established safety procedures and wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Working independently with minimal supervision while supporting daily production needs.

• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include:

• Forklift operating experience.

• Previous shipping and receiving experience.

• Familiarity with inventory control and material tracking.

• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.

• Dependability and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts.

• Ability to meet the essential requirements of the position, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.

• Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Shift length: 10 hours per day

• Location: On-site at our Temple, TX manufacturing facility

This position involves working in a production environment where safety procedures and required PPE must be followed at all times. Candidates should be comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, materials, and active production operations.
