Second shift is from 2:30-11pmOverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our Chip & Wire Assembly team. This role supports both Die Attach and Wire Bonding operations in a cleanroom environment, performing precision micro-assembly work on very small components.
This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work under a microscope while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities" Complete assigned production jobs safely and on schedule
" Perform die attach and wire bonding assembly processes
" Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect microelectronic components
" Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance
" Identify and report process, material, or quality issues
" Escalate questions or concerns to trainers, technicians, or engineers
" Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
" Accurately log job data and production updates into computer systems
" Follow cleanroom and ESD procedures
" Support continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications" High School Diploma or equivalent
" Reliable with strong attendance
" Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
" Strong attention to detail and quality
" Ability to handle very small, delicate parts (steady hands required)
" Basic computer skills (data entry, email, systems)
" Ability to follow detailed instructions
" Strong teamwork and communication skills
" Self-motivated with a professional work ethic
Preferred Qualifications" Experience with die attach, wire bonding, or microelectronics assembly
" Cleanroom experience
" ESD knowledge or certification
