Description

Volt is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.
 

As an Manufacturing Operations Coordinator, you will:
 

  • Support the production of precision-machined components used in industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
  • Perform mechanical inspection activities during the swing shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Process parts through both manual and automated inspection operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct visual inspections using microscopes and operate precision inspection equipment.
  • Complete on-the-job training to develop expertise in inspection processes and operational procedures.
  • Deliver operational excellence by maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Utilize strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills to handle and inspect small precision components.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment that values organization, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

 

This is a full-time opportunity.

 

Schedule:

  • Swing Shift with start time between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, Monday - Friday
  • Training may be conducted on the day shift as needed.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Basic Windows-based computers and Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills for handling small precision components.
  • Experience performing high-volume parts inspection and material handling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to operate automated inspection equipment and follow established quality procedures.
  • Experience conducting visual inspections using microscopes and other precision measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of precision gaging techniques, including the use of pin gauges, thread gauges, and ring gauges.
  • Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to track production and quality data.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

 

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $25.92 per hour
