Manufacturing Operations Manager- Manufacturing- Danvers,MA

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across production, scheduling, and shop floor activities.
• Drive operational performance, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, throughput, and profitability.
• Manage production planning, staffing, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve operational objectives.
• Support employee development, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with leadership to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

A successful applicant should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing production teams in a CNC machining, aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Proven success driving continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing performance reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment..
