Job Summary

This position involves working in the cleaning/passivation work center. The primary responsibility is to complete secondary operations, such as cleaning and passivation, on components by following work instructions and written or verbal directions. The role requires familiarity with procedures and will be performed under direct supervision. It is a team-based position, emphasizing the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Shift Details

1st shift (6am-2pm, Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks of simple to medium complexity related to customer-specific process requirements, ensuring comprehension of documentation requirements.
• Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation.
• Inspect components to ensure specifications are met.
• Enter data as required.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage, as requested by the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and conduct all work according to company policy and safe labor practices.
• Use laser radiation (non-ionizing) sources safely, considering the various wavelengths of laser light utilized.
• Maintain professionalism and a high standard of conduct and job performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
