    Job Title:  Manufacturing Operator
    Location:  Gemini Plastics / 4835 Garfield Street, Ubly, Michigan
    Starting Pay Range:   $16.50 - $17.50 (Includes Shift Premium)
    Available Work Hours:
    • 2nd Shift / 3:00pm - 11:00pm
    • 3rd shift / 11:00pm - 7:00am
    $500 Sign-on Bonus
    $500 Referral Bonus Available

    You will be the backbone of our organization. No previous experience needed! You will learn, train, and be challenged daily. You will work with modern plastic parts, maintain manufacturing operations, and be part of a team – join Gemini Group!

    What You’ll Do:
    • Visually inspect and compare parts to assure defect-free products.
    • Use of computer for tracking production and labor.
    • Package a specified number of defect-free parts in an appropriately sized and labeled container.
    • Perform daily caliper audit for team members – rotating responsibility monthly.
    What You’ll Need:
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.   
    • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
    • Motor coordination, manual , and finger dexterity.
    • Mechanical skills.
    • Statistical Process Control.
