Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.

• Apply paint and coatings according to work instructions and product specifications.

• Inspect finished parts for proper coverage, appearance, and defects.

• Touch up or rework painted surfaces as needed.

• Clean and maintain painting equipment and the work area.

• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.

• Work with the production team to meet quality standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or industrial painting experience preferred.

• Ability to follow work instructions and pay close attention to detail.
