Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling Specialist Location: Indianapolis, IN Department: Manufacturing Operations About AMPG Accurate Manufactured Products Group (AMPG) is a family-owned U.S. manufacturer specializing in precision fasteners and engineered components. We continue to invest in advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and data-driven production planning to improve customer service, manufacturing efficiency, and operational excellence. We're looking for a technically minded Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling Specialist who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working across multiple departments to keep manufacturing running efficiently. Position Summary This role serves as the link between Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Operations to ensure production orders are accurate, manufacturing data is reliable, and customer requirements are translated into executable production schedules. This is much more than a scheduling position. You'll help improve the quality of our systems and identify issues before they impact production or customer delivery. What You'll Do
