Job Description
Position: Operations Data Analyst
Location: Waukegan, IL (Onsite – Monday through Friday)
Duration: 36-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour W2
Local candidates are preferred, must be onsite.
I am looking for a hands-on Operations Data Analyst to develop dashboards, analyze operational data, and provide actionable insights to business and operations leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong Power BI dashboard development experience
- SQL – ability to write queries and analyze data
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Data cleansing, transformation, validation, and analysis
- KPI/dashboard development and reporting
- Experience combining data from multiple systems/sources
- Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Waukegan, IL
In this role you will
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data
- Clean, transform, validate, and reconcile large datasets
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes
- Automate recurring reporting and improve existing dashboards
- Translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions
- Present findings to business and operations leadership
- Support operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred skills
SAP, MES, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power Apps, manufacturing analytics, supply chain analytics, pharmaceutical experience, Lean/Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence.
