Manufacturing Process Engineer - Rockford Area

• Collaborate cross functionally to develop prints, BOMs, routings, and critical control points
• Create and review 2D or 3D models of tooling used in manufacturing of product
• Engage with quality to help lead APQP processes
• Support capacity analysis out on the floor
• Troubleshoot and correct tooling issues
• Lead junior team members to reduce waste, better operate machinery/processes, and improve performance
• Support quality in Root cause analysis and corrective action resolution
• Other duties as assigned

• Engineering or technical degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Lieu of degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a technical degree
• Experience with Tooling - design, troubleshooting, etc
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
• Knowledge of the APQP process
• Ability to lead Lean/CI projects, both large and small scale
• Knowledge and ability to use CAD software
