Molex is seeking a highly motivated Senior Process Engineer to join our team at the Temp-Flex facility in South Grafton, Massachusetts. This role will serve as a technical leader in manufacturing process development, equipment innovation, existing and new product introduction (NPI) activities supporting next-generation RF, microwave, medical, and specialty cable products.
The successful candidate will leverage deep manufacturing and process engineering expertise to develop robust production processes, optimize existing operations, and support advanced cable technologies from concept through full-scale production. This position requires close collaboration with Product Development Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Equipment Development teams to drive innovation, improve capability, and ensure successful product launches.
Our Team
You will be part of the Process Engineering team supporting the RF & Microwave Solutions organization within Molex''s Copper Solutions Business Unit. This group drives process innovation, equipment development, manufacturing excellence, and technical problem-solving across a broad range of advanced wire and cable technologies.

What Will Put You Ahead
For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
