- Shift differentials: +$1.00 (2nd) | +$2.00 (3rd)
- Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd; AM/PM options
- Weekends: Required (Saturday & Sunday)

Core responsibilities
- Manually load/unload materials into and out of production equipment
- Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery; troubleshoot minor issues
- Adhere to SOPs, safety policies, and quality control standards
- Perform routine checks and basic preventative observations
- Accurately complete production logs and inventory documentation
- Communicate line issues promptly; collaborate with teammates
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfort standing for extended periods; repetitive motion capable
- Basic math/reading skills and mechanical aptitude
- Detail orientation with a strong safety focus
- Capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced area
- Available for scheduled weekend work
Preferred
- Manufacturing/production experience
- Exposure to lean or continuous improvement practices
Work setting
- Manufacturing floor with active machinery and noise
- Occasional contact with production material components
- High-velocity production environment
