Manufacturing Production Associate – 2nd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a knack for figuring out how things work, and takes pride in a job well done. Best of all, previous manufacturing experience isn't required! If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable reading blueprints, our client is willing to provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform hands-on manufacturing and production tasks to create quality precision parts.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Use basic measuring tools, including tape measures, calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished parts meet specifications.
• Follow established production procedures while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Learn new equipment, machining processes, and production techniques through hands-on training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Comfortable using basic measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
