Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Manufacturing Production Associates in Ashland for a hands-on opportunity in a bright, clean, smaller-team production environment. You'll learn a specialized manufacturing process while mixing, forming, finishing, and inspecting manufactured components.

What You'll Do

• Mix and prepare materials according to production requirements
• Form and finish manufactured components
• Inspect completed work for quality
• Follow established production instructions and processes
• Handle and move materials throughout the work area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

What You'll Need

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and learn a multi-step production process
• Ability to stand throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required
