Manufacturing is growing in Mansfield and we're looking for experienced production employees ready to grow with it.

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Manufacturing Production Associates for an expanding local operation with immediate openings and additional positions expected as production continues to increase.

We're currently hiring heavily for 2nd shift, making this an excellent time to get your foot in the door. Second shift keeps your mornings and early afternoons open before heading to work. That can mean time for appointments, errands, the gym, school schedules, or simply taking care of life before your shift starts.
2nd Shift: (Our Biggest Hiring Need)
Monday - Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Starting Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 /hour
Earn up to $20.00 /hour with weekly attendance bonus opportunities

1st Shift
Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
(Multiple openings are also available on 1st shift)

Overtime: Additional Friday and/or Saturday hours may be required based on production demand.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload parts from production equipment
• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment
• Assemble manufactured components
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Identify and separate parts that don't meet quality standards
• Move materials through the production process
• Follow established work instructions and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with your team to meet production and quality goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Experience working with production machinery or automated equipment preferred
• Dependable attendance and consistent work history
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive production work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Flexibility to work overtime as production demands increase
