Pay: $16 - $18 /hour based on qualifications
Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday - Thursday
Location: Norwalk, Ohio

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Manufacturing Production Associates for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity in Norwalk.

If you enjoy physical work, staying active, and working with a team, this position offers a consistent first-shift schedule with Fridays off.

You'll help assemble industrial products, move materials, and prepare finished items for shipment. The work is physically demanding and takes place in an industrial environment, so we're looking for dependable people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.

What You'll Do

• Load, unload, and stack heavy manufacturing materials
• Assemble industrial products and components
• Rotate between production stations throughout the day
• Wrap, pack, and stack finished products on pallets or in crates
• Inspect work for basic quality and accuracy
• Keep production areas organized and safe
• Learn different tasks throughout the manufacturing process

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable performing repetitive, physical work
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and staying active throughout a 10-hour shift
• Willingness to work in a dirty industrial environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Willingness to cross-train and rotate between workstations
• Good teamwork and attention to detail

Forklift experience is a plus, but NOT required.
