Operate coil winding machines and manufacturing equipment. Assemble shape bend cut sand solder and prepare transformer components. Use pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools. Operate robotic welding equipment. Perform potting operations using epoxy and silica sand. Safely move materials using lift-assist equipment. Support inventory counts and production activities. Meet productivity quality and efficiency goals. Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards. Perform additional manufacturing duties as needed.This is afull-timeopportunity. ScheduleTraining on 1st Shift 600 AM - 230 PM then transition to 2nd Shift 300 PM - 1130 PMThe ideal candidate will have Previous manufacturing production assembly or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to read work instructions drawings blueprints and specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to frequently lift push or pull up to 40 lbs.
