What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting the manufacturing process through technical and operational tasks.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production specifications.
  • Operating and monitoring equipment with a focus on safety and precision.
  • Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot and resolve production obstacles.
  • Maintaining accurate production records and keeping your workspace organized.
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A "problem-solver " mindset—you enjoy finding the best way to get a job done.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Basic math, reading, and measurement skills.
  • A team player who communicates well and is eager to learn.
  • Note: Must meet client screening requirements, including background check, drug screen, and work authorization.
Location: Wadsworth, OH (near Medina)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $20/hr
