WE'RE LOOKING FOR A LEADER WHO GETS THINGS DONE.
Disruptor Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Production Foreman to lead our production floor in Sanford, Florida.
We're not looking for someone to simply watch production.
We're looking for someone who DRIVES production.
You will be responsible for turning our production schedule into completed products—assigning work, setting daily expectations, monitoring progress, solving problems, maintaining quality, and holding team members accountable for getting their work completed.
At the beginning of the day, you'll know what needs to get built, who's responsible for building it, and when it needs to be finished.
At the end of the day, you'll know what got completed, what didn't, and why.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Lead and supervise our manufacturing production team
• Establish and communicate daily production goals
• Assign work based on priorities, skills, and available resources
• Monitor production throughout the day—not just at the end of the shift
• Keep employees focused, productive, and accountable
• Identify bottlenecks and solve problems before they become delays
• Track scheduled production versus completed production
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and product quality
• Reduce rework, waste, downtime, and inefficient labor
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workflow
• Maintain an organized, professional, and safe manufacturing floor
• Coach employees who aren't meeting expectations
• Recognize and develop strong performers
• Communicate production status and problems clearly to management
• Continually look for ways to make our manufacturing operation better
THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You may be a great fit if you're the type of leader who walks onto a production floor and naturally starts asking:

What needs to happen to get it finished?
We're looking for someone who is organized, mechanically minded, dependable, decisive, fair, and comfortable holding people accountable.
You need to be able to create urgency without creating chaos.
You should be comfortable recognizing great performance—and equally comfortable addressing poor performance when necessary.
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
Manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, production supervision, shop foreman, production lead, or similar experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with any of the following is especially valuable:
• Aluminum fabrication and assembly
• Laser-cut and press-formed components
• Mechanical assembly
• Plumbing and fluid systems
• Pumps, hose reels, tanks, valves, fittings, and related equipment
• Truck-mounted equipment or skid manufacturing
• Reading drawings, work orders, BOMs, and assembly instructions
• Inventory and material management
• Quality-control processes
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
COMPENSATION
Base Compensation: Approximately $55,000–$75,000
Performance-Based Compensation: $65,000–$90,000+ potential total compensation
We believe the person responsible for driving production should have an opportunity to benefit when the production team performs exceptionally well.
Performance incentives may be based on measurable results such as:
• Production goals achieved

• Overall production performance
