Manufacturing Production Manager

Our team at Wiederhoeft Manufacturing have an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Production Manager. This team member will be responsible for the day-to-day production of the floor, leading the team, making sure jobs are being executed and completed on time, checking to make sure all parts being sent out meet and exceed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Oversight – Monitoring Production, making sure the team stays on schedule. Help to resolve issues that arise.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure products meet or exceed quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Team Leader – Supervises production staff and resolves workflow issues

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing management.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.

Required Skills:

• Must be able to read prints and use measuring tools.
• Must be detail oriented and put quality first, and eye for details.
• Ability to lead a team and delegate work.
• Capable of remaining flexible in the workplace.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
