Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Manufacturing Production Operators in Ashland for a clean, organized production facility. We're looking for dependable candidates who take pride in their quality of work, can follow established procedures, and want an opportunity to build long-term manufacturing skills.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
• Package and prepare completed products
• Record production and quality information accurately
• Assist with equipment setup and product changeovers
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong, dependable attendance
• Ability to follow written work instructions and established procedures
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, quality, or production experience is strongly preferred

Available Shifts

1st: Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM-3:00 PM
2nd: Monday-Friday | 2:45 PM-11:00 PM
3rd: Sunday-Thursday | 10:45 PM-7:00 AM

Overtime opportunities may be available.
