Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production.
• Load and unload plastic components from production equipment.
• Visually inspect products for defects and ensure quality specifications are met.
• Perform trimming, sorting, assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products.
• Conduct routine quality checks throughout the production process.
• Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation.
• Work with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Report equipment issues, defective products, or safety concerns to supervisors.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or plastic injection molding is preferred but not required.
• Dependable individuals with strong attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive movements.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with others.
