EXPERIENCED MACHINE OPERATORS NEEDED!

Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Must be available to work every other weekend
Pay Rate:
- $18.00 - $19.50 per hour based on experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor high-speed production and processing equipment to meet daily production targets.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery.
- Follow GMP standards, company policies, safety guidelines, and operating procedures.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products while maintaining workflow and productivity.
- Perform product changeovers, machine cleanings, and production line preparations.
- Weigh, measure, inspect, and blend materials according to established formulas and specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality, reporting any issues or abnormalities promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Complete routine preventive maintenance and basic machine upkeep.
- Accurately complete production logs, checklists, and required paperwork.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions, formulas, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
