Description
This role will lead engineering projects involving manufacturing equipment and utility systems, from installation and startup through troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects involving manufacturing equipment and plant utility systems.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation issues.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, contractors, and equipment vendors.
Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reliability.
Assist with project documentation, technical reports, SOPs, and engineering calculations.
