Manufacturing Project Engineer

Entry level/Junior level position for Manufacturing/Industrial Engineers - This would be a solid fit for someone looking to gain experience in many different areas within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to Operations and Facilities projects.
• Projects will be split between Engineering, Facilities and Operations.
• Lead and participate in numerous projects across the organization.
• Support of production and technical issues related to the production of engineered products.
• Creation of standard operating procedures (SOP) capturing production processes while implementing safety, ergonomic, and production rate improvements.

Requirements: 

• Ability to become familiar with manufacturing processes.
• Interested in working in a fast paced, production environment and able to work on multiple projects with changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Work equally well alone or in a cross functional team with other Engineers, Safety, Quality Control, Purchasing, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical) Desired
