Our client, a growing technology manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing & Quality Engineer to support production, quality, continuous improvement, and process optimization efforts. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with engineering and operations teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, troubleshoot quality issues, and drive operational excellence.
Direct Hire | Concord, MA | $120,000-$130,000 | On-Site
Responsibilities
Improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and work instructions
Support automation and workflow improvements within production operations
Design and maintain production tooling, fixtures, and jigs using CAD software
Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing and quality issues
Create and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and training materials
Partner with engineering on new product introductions and manufacturing readiness
Analyze production and quality data to identify improvement opportunities
Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering
5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related experience
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Experience with manufacturing processes and quality systems
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
SolidWorks or other CAD/3D modeling experience
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge
ERP or manufacturing business system experience
