Manufacturing Sanitation (Warehouse Sanitation Associate)

Job Summary: The Warehouse Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the warehouse while ensuring a safe work environment. The primary duty is to keep the repack box line stocked and perform assigned sanitation tasks. This role requires operating cleaning equipment, handling supplies, and adhering to safety protocols.
Shift Hours: Monday Thursday, 5:30 AM 4:00 PM (MST)
Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the repack box line fully stocked and operational.
• Perform general warehouse sanitation duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Operate floor cleaning machinery, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Follow proper sanitation and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report potential hazards.
• Complete repetitive tasks involving bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity, coordination, and balance for repetitive movements.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment, forklifts, and pallet jacks (training provided).
• Basic reading comprehension to follow labels on cleaning supplies and hazardous materials.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with noise and machinery.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to machinery and moderate noise levels.
• Physical demands include frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
