The Senior Manufacturing Scientist provides technical expertise to support, improve, and maintain manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for optimizing process performance, ensuring product quality, monitoring scientific parameters, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background and experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Provide scientific and technical support for manufacturing operations.Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, specifications, and operating instructions.
Monitor and document critical process parameters to ensure safety, quality, and process control.
Conduct testing and analysis throughout the production process.Investigate manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.Prepare technical reports, SOPs, protocols, and other manufacturing documentation.
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Regulatory teams.Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
