What You Will Be Doing

Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing &/or Production Operations.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability relay technical information to various levels of management.
• Experience in coordinating activities to evaluate and resolve engineering related production/system problems.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and planning documents in a professional setting.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Desired Skills

• Experience identifying non-conformances in parts, equipment, or proccesses in order to determine root cause of problems and potential corrective actions.
• Background in F-35 aircraft systems, installations, and test procedures.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading a team to meet operational goals and/or resolve technical issues.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
