Position Summary:
Join our team as a Manufacturing Support Technician and play a key role in keeping production running efficiently.
Are You Looking To:
- Assist with process improvements.
- Work in jig and fixture design development.
- Assist in Non-Conformance Processing (NCP) and corrective action implementation.
Are You Ready To:
- Assists in the development and maintenance of detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly. Implement procedures that ensure continued operational excellence throughout the plant.
- Interfaces with production operators and engineering to establish product standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification.
- Support the launch of SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) program.
- Support tooling and continuous improvement activities.
- Work on cost savings projects.
What You'll Need:
- AAS in a related discipline is required.
- 1-3 years relevant manufacturing and\or quality experience.
- BS degree in an Engineering or related discipline may be used in lieu of experience.
