What You'll Be Doing

• Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery
• Assemble products and components according to work instructions
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Load raw materials and supplies into production processes
• Package finished goods for shipment
• Maintain production efficiency while following safety procedures
• Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
• Follow all company quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
