TITLE: Manufacturing Technician – 2 nd Shift

SHIFT: 2 nd Shift
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our 2nd shift team. This full-time role involves the assembly of motors, electric machines, and various internal components—including piping, alignments, and wiring—as well as performing critical tests to ensure top-tier quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble, disassemble, and rework mechanical products and assemblies.
- Read and interpret standard assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specs, and running sheets of moderate to high complexity.
- Follow procedures to rework parts and components in line with quality standards.
- Perform inspections, testing, and repairs on mechanical assemblies.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and assist in mentoring other technicians as needed.
- Collaborate with team members across different stages of the manufacturing process.
- Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and work instructions with precision.
- Comply with all safety rules and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
- Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality output.
- Be available for overtime as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
