About the Role: All Custom Closets Corporation is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team in Bay Shore, NY! Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment used in the production of custom closet components
Cut, shape, and assemble wood, laminate, and other materials according to job specifications
Read and interpret production orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs as required
Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output and delivery goals
Requirements:
Prior experience in manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, or a related trade preferred
Ability to operate power tools, saws, and CNC or panel processing equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, or cut sheets
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Must have a valid Drivers License
