Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented manufacturing Technician to support daily manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with production equipment, solution preparation, aseptic techniques, and process documentation. This role involves maintaining equipment, monitoring production processes, following safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare media and buffer solutions according to established procedures.
• Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems.
• Assemble and operate filtration systems.
• Operate general production equipment, including pH meters, conductivity meters, autoclaves, and portable mixers.
• Monitor and record critical process parameters to ensure compliance with production requirements.
• Complete production documentation and paperwork in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to maintain GMP compliance.
• Collect and handle samples using proper aseptic techniques.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams and activities.
• Receive and distribute supplies to production areas as needed.
• Train and mentor team members on production procedures and equipment operation.
• Assist with troubleshooting process issues and responding to equipment alarms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Candidates with higher education may be considered without prior experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines.
• Familiarity with production equipment, CIP/SIP systems, and filtration processes.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and solution preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work effectively in a team environment.
