Manufacturing Technician | 1st Shift | $20–$22hr

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support daily production operations on a specialized manufacturing line. This role operates industrial equipment and supports multiple areas of production including machine operation, kitting, fulfillment, and basic product repair/refurbishment. The ideal candidate is flexible, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with proprietary manufacturing equipment as part of a production team
• Monitor machine performance, make basic adjustments, and communicate issues to leads
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all safety guidelines
• Perform quality checks and document production activity as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support cross-functional production areas including:
• Kitting (preparing materials for production)
• Fulfillment (picking, packing, and shipping orders)
• Service & Repair (basic troubleshooting, testing, and refurbishment of units)
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a 6-person production environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation preferred
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery and production equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable team player with good communication and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and flex across multiple production functions

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 1st Shift

Work Environment

• Active manufacturing/warehouse setting
• Exposure to warm temperatures near machinery during operation
• Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and teamwork

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity for handling tools, equipment, and materials
• Visual and auditory ability to safely operate machinery and follow instructions

Work Location: In person
