JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Technician
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Frederick, MD
Hours: 6am-6:30pm
Interview Process: 1 teams interview (45 mins)

Job Description: Operation of upstream / downstream / central services processing equipment according to established SOPs.

Job Responsibilities (to include key result areas, specific accountabilities, tasks, etc.)
" Operation of processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, & SPRs
in accordance with cGMPs. Related operations include but are not limited to
solution preparation, cell culture, purification & formulation, and supporting activities.
" Train with qualified Technician on activities related to operating process equipment with requirements of qualification.
" Follow and execute cGMP documentation.
" Utilize Manufacturing Execution systems (MES).
" Contribute to problem solving activities for non-routine activities on production floor.
" Participate in continuous improvement activities for Manufacturing.
" Adhere to AstraZeneca values and behaviors.
" Other duties as assigned or identified.

Essential
"0-1 yrs experience with High School Diploma
" Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasks
" Ability to comply cGMP standards
" Must possess computer skills
" Ability to follow instruction and directions
Desirable
"BS/BA degree preferred
" Degree in STEM field
" Prior experience or exposure with aseptic/cGMP standards and environment
