Manufacturing Technician I

ResourceMFG, an Employbridge company, is hiring Machine Operators for a leading nutrition manufacturing facility in Quincy, WA. No prior machine operating experience required. We provide training! You'll play a key role in the production process, learning milling, blending, and heat-treatment operations while working alongside a supportive team in a clean, professional environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $22.75 per hour
• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours: 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM
• Schedule: Monday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday
• 36 Hours in Just 3 Days!
• Schedule rotates every 10 weeks
• Long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and ingredients for production
• Operate milling, blending, and heat-treatment equipment
• Assist with product classification and quality assurance testing
• Follow production specifications and standard operating procedures
• Clean and sanitize machinery and work areas
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow all food safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures
• Understanding of GMP and FDA regulations preferred
• Previous food manufacturing or GMP experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
