[Responsibilities]

• Assemble composite and metallic components according to Manufacturing Work Instructions and internal specifications
• Interpret and follow both written and verbal directions with precision
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and production activities
• Operate and learn essential software systems, including Costpoint CP and MES
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
• Demonstrate strong time management and uphold quality standards

[Required Skills and Experience]

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with Microsoft applications and willing to learn new software systems

• Mechanically inclined
• Familiarity with composite and metallic component assembly
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
