• Assemble, test, and calibrate mechanical, electrical, and optical components for complex scientific equipment
• Install sub-assemblies into final instrument builds to meet strict quality standards
• Follow precise work instructions for assembly, material handling, and inventory verification
• Communicate clearly and positively with team members to foster a supportive workplace culture
• Participate in problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects

[Required Skills and Experience]

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Mechanical assembly proficiency, including hand tool usage and soldering
