• Assemble, test, and calibrate complex mechanical, electrical, and optical components for scientific instruments
• Install sub-assemblies into final instrument builds, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards
• Follow detailed work instructions for all assembly processes, material handling, and inventory verification
• Maintain accurate records of completed builds and report any issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and support

[Required Skills and Experience]

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

[Preferred Skills]

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficient with mechanical assembly, hand tools, and soldering
