Manufacturing TechnicianPay: $20 per hour, with benefits
Location: Near New Lebanon, NY (on site)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
The Opportunity
Our client, a manufacturer of advanced composite products, is growing its production team and is hiring hands-on technicians. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in producing clean, accurate parts, and want a steady day-shift schedule with no weekends, this could be a great fit. Prior manufacturing experience is ideal, but a strong work ethic and reliable attendance matter most.
What You'll Do
- Cut carbon fiber and fiberglass materials from rolls to pattern
- Lay material into molds by hand to build composite parts
- Trim, finish, and clean up molded parts
- Inspect finished pieces to confirm they meet quality expectations
- Handle everyday troubleshooting on the production floor
- Help keep your work area safe, clean, and organized
- Contribute ideas and effort to continuous improvement projects
- Cross-train in other departments so the team stays flexible
What You Bring
- A manufacturing background (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and also pull your weight on a team
- A problem-solving mindset and interest in making processes better

- A dependable work ethic and excellent attendance
