Overview

Seeking an experienced marketing professional to support event execution, sales communications, and internal marketing operations. This role will coordinate conferences, customer events, and marketing programs while maintaining communication resources that support sales engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conferences, events, roadshows, and marketing programs.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, registrations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create and distribute communications supporting marketing initiatives.
• Maintain internal content repositories and marketing resources.
• Develop newsletters and communications for sales stakeholders.
• Track event performance, budgets, and project milestones.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure program success.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in field marketing, event management, communications, or marketing operations.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and support onsite events as needed.
