K-Tech Kleening & Restoration Systems is hiring a Market Development Manager to grow referral business across North Central Wisconsin.

One thing up front: the $100,000+ is earning potential, not a guarantee. It comes from the relationships you develop and the work they send to K-Tech.

Where the Commission Comes From

Referral partners. Property managers, facility managers, insurance agents and adjusters, plumbers, HVAC contractors, general contractors, commercial property owners, and local business leaders all run into property damage sooner or later.

When one of them trusts you, they call K-Tech. When K-Tech does the job well, you get paid, and that partner remembers who to call next time.

The Work Behind the Paycheck

This is outside sales. A typical week means:

Prospecting new referral partners and walking into businesses to introduce K-Tech

•         Meeting decision-makers face-to-faceFollowing up with the people you've already met
•         Showing up at local networking and industry eventsTracking your pipeline and activity in CRM
•         Working with operations when a lead becomes an active project

  You'll have training, coaching, and a team behind you. You'll still be expected to execute. Nobody is going to hand you a book of business, and the phone won't ring on its own.

  What a Strong First Year Looks Like

  A growing list of referral partners. Regular meetings with decision-makers. A pipeline you can see in the CRM. Jobs coming in from relationships you started.

  Activity turns into relationships, relationships turn into jobs, and jobs turn into commission.

  Who This Fits

  What you need

  2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
•         Comfort prospecting and meeting new people face-to-faceThe discipline to work a territory independently and keep your CRM current

  Helpful, but not required

•         Restoration or property damage experience. We can teach you the restoration side.
