The Procurement Digital and Process Solutions team is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Movement Forecast & Market Intelligence to lead the strategy, roadmap, execution, and continuous improvement of market movement forecast and market intelligence capabilities that enable Procurement and business goals. This scope includes, but is not limited to, category intelligence, supplier risk intelligence, market movement forecasting, sourcing intelligence, and other insight capabilities that support Procurement and business decision-making.
The Senior Manager provides vision and direction for market movement forecast and market intelligence operations, ensuring the effective incorporation of company strategy, Procurement priorities, and business goals into market intelligence processes, tools, governance, and delivery models. The role is accountable for enabling predictive insights into cost, supply, supplier, spend, risk, complexity, and innovation dynamics across assigned areas.
This people leader manages individual contributors in a matrix environment and is accountable for effective performance management, meaningful career development conversations, engagement, motivation, and team development. The Senior Manager is also responsible for operational aspects of the team, including workflow, performance, compliance, and delivery of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
The role partners closely with Procurement teams, category leaders, supplier risk teams, sourcing stakeholders, business partners, Corporate Business Technology, Digital teams, and external providers to ensure insights are high quality, timely, actionable, and aligned with responsible supplier, procurement, and financial policy standards. Integration of Johnson & Johnson's Credo and C.E.O. Leadership Behaviors into all activities is expected.
