Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Market Stocker
DEPARTMENT: Resort MarketSALARY: $ 16.50 hourly DOEDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensuring shelves and storage areas are stocked with the right product.
- Unpacking and breaking down merchandise cartons and pallets
- Displaying advertising and pricing signs
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in locating and selecting the best solutions
- Cleaning display cases, shelves, and aisles.
- Available to work weekends, holidays, days, or evenings.
- Must be able to perform all functions as required by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Effective and friendly communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length.
- Must have ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 40 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Must be able to work on wet floors and in temperature extremes of both hot and cold.
- Requires standing for long periods of time, frequent bending, grasping, reaching and some climbing.
- Must be able to move and lift up to fifty pounds on a regular basis when unloading freight truck inventory.
