Pay Range: $27 - $37/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to forecast and track marketing and sales trends.
- Manage sample and demo pool budgets, including a $1M annual budget.
- Evaluate and qualify ROI for demo opportunities.
- Oversee SAP system updates and internal tracking.
- Process monthly TTI & Finance invoices.
- Manage inventory, supply reporting, and MDF management.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective presentations for stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Key Skills;Experience in sales or marketing.
- Background in supporting products or technology in consumer electronics or B2B.
- Familiarity with multi-tiered sales organizations and direct customer interactions.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of PSI, CPFR, and P&L processes.
- 2 years of industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in large, matrix organizations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to create impactful presentations for diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
