KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operation Specialist who has experiences in the area of marketing, hospitality, and office operation.
This lead's primary duties will consist of taking care of overall Onsite operation work for the Olympic program as well as looking
after the care of Olympic Office operation.
Also there will be a lot of basic research and preparing repors about Olympic preparations of various stakeholders, about LA, and
more as assigned. This role combines relationship managing, and programmatic management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Operations:
• Daily communications with LA28's Ticketing Team & On Location Company with regard to ticket operations
• Tasks includes review of Ticket guide, Terms & Conditions, managing of purchase tickets, support payment process/invoicing,
track and close out subsidiary inquires
• Will also manage CTP (Competition Ticket Portal) which is a system made by LA28 to manage tickets for Olympic Partners
• Managing the Ticket portals of LA28 & On Location
• Communications with Client Subidiaires answering their questions about ticketing, managing their costs, and hotel needs
Management of Olympic Office:
• Daily management of the office includes, taking care of monthly payments, management of equipment, purchasing/organizing
suppliers, and other administrative duties to ensure material needs are met
• Preparing ad hoc reports/documents as instructed
Research: Monthly Olympic News, LA28 infrastructures:
• Prepare and share monthly news on LA28 matters including news from the IOC, LA28, USOPC and local partners. (in Korean+English)
Fact finding about LA's restaurants, events, and places of interest
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Sports marketing/Marketing industry
(Marketing Group of Sports Team, Sports Marketing Agency, Sponsorship team within a company, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Hospitality (Including hotel operations, ticket operation)
- Exceptional Management skills, communication, reporting (mid reporting) and escalating
- Familiarity with consumer behavior trends and strategies to enhance brand preference
Skills:
