Marketing Analyst

Payrate: $52.00 - $52.86/hr.
 
Summary:
The main function of this role is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. The position is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
 
Responsibilities

• Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) on a daily basis and identify budget efficiencies where possible.
• Leverage marketing development funds for the creation of innovative sales-generating marketing tactics.
• Create monthly budget reports for leadership.
• Work with Sales teams on program ROI, submission, and execution.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to develop go-to-market strategies and fully execute marketing campaigns.
• Work with omnichannel teams to create and update product launch schedules and track marketing activity for all new products.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to establish creative assets and delivery schedules.
• Create presentations showcasing full go-to-market plans for each device launch and sustain campaigns.
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
• Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data.
• Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and marketing methods.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
• Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related business field is required. MBA is a plus.
• 6 years of marketing, finance & accounting experience.
• Prior experience in product marketing, advertising, promotions, or project management.
• Experience in high-tech, telecommunications, or retail industries preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales channels within the high-tech product technology industry preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge and skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment to achieve project goals.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $52.00 - $52.86/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
