Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights? PIPESTONE is looking for a MarketingAnalytics & Digital Platform Specialist to help drive data-informed decisions, optimize digital platforms, and support strategic business initiatives across our organization.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics summaries for leadership and business teams
• Analyze customer, employee, website, and communication performance data
• Manage ongoing data audits to ensure accuracy and data quality
• Create impactful visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools
• Oversee employee and customer surveys, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
• Maintain website content, user access, and digital platform performance
• Collaborate across departments to improve reporting efficiency and user experience
• Support CRM, email marketing platforms, and digital communication systems

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with CRM platforms, reporting, and data management
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence tools
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
